Haijing Liu is a designer mainly for designing interactions in general. Before came to New York, she accomplished her BA degree of communication design at Shanghai Institute of Visual Art College. Her Projects and Works are preferring engaging technologies with poetic as well as functioning exploration.

CopterWish

a Tangible Interface

CopterWish is a Tangible Interface that retrieve information from Internet and print them out with tangible material. The goal of this project is to allow users who constantly contact with screens for communication, entertainment and other purpose to regain a physically playful experience, as well as to encourage interaction designers,developers who build screen-based applications to rethink if there’s an other option or method to shape the communications between we and the modern telematic devices.
