Charles is a conceptual thinker, problem solver and designer. His work has ranged from creating assistive and accessible design solutions for individuals with disabilities, developing drone systems for improving human intervention in certain environments, and assisting in the design of more robust cancer initiatives in Upstate New York.

ECHO proposes an accessible, cost-effective system for the prediction, detection, and monitoring of the ‘wicked problem’ of wildfires through the use of UAVs – unmanned aerial vehicles, or drones.
