As we move into an unknown digital horizon, fundamentally dependent on technology, how do we perceive our work to be accessed by future generations? Who will continue to pay and maintain our domains? Will it disappear or fade into the oblivion that is the cloud? Can we depend on this cloud? These are all questions that have evolved with the rise of the digital age – and in just a short period we have transitioned away from a very physical existence; 40,000+ years of tangible artifacts and temporal human experiences, to a paperless future of projected identities and virtual realities.  ‘Near Nosis’, an experimental video installation; building on 1000’s of years of human tradition, exploring our primal desire to be eternalized in the belief that we won’t be forgotten when we’re gone.
