Anthony Deen
Anthony Deen is the Creative Director for Environments and Experiences at Landor NY. In his eighteen years of practice, Anthony was a Senior Architect for The Rockwell Group, Senior Design Director and Hospitality Studio Director for The Phillips Group Architecture, and Vice President of Design and Development for the Virgin Megastores in North America.
In these positions his clients have included Apple, Barclays, British Airways, Central Park, FAO Schwarz, jetBlue, Macy’s, Mercedes Benz, ToyRUs, W Hotels, and the World Trade Center. Notable projects include the re-launch of FAO Schwarz’s flagship stores in New York and Las Vegas, the renovation of British Airways premium lounges at JFK’s Terminal 7, and the interior of jetBlue’s Terminal 5 also at JFK Airport.
A graduate of the Cooper Union, Anthony co-founded the Design + Technology program at Parsons School of Design with Sven Travis, and is an Associate Professor and teaches graduate Thesis Studio. Professionally trained as an architect, Anthony is a LEED Green Associate, an associate member of the American Institute of Architects and the Illuminating Engineering Society, and a professional member of the Society of Environmental Graphic Designers.
